Creek Brake Fluid DOT 4
DESCRIPTION
Creek Brake Fluid DOT 4 is a high performance polyglycolic brake fluid confirming to DOT 4 requirements. It has a high temperature resistance and low moisture absorption providing superior boiling point and high vapor lock temperature throughout its service life. It is not miscible with mineral based fluids (LHM) or silicon based fluids and should not be used where these fluids are specified. It meets additional international standards, such as, the Australian Standard AS 1960.1, FMVSS 116 DOT 4, SAE J 1704, ISO 4925 Class 4 and HN1796.
APPLICATION
Creek Brake Fluid DOT 4 is recommended for brake and clutch systems in all vehicles where a DOT 4 fluid is recommended. It can also be used in vehicles where DOT 3 fluid is recommended.
ADVANTAGES
–Very high Temperature Performance: High temperature resistance provides superior boiling point and high vapor lock temperature
–Low Moisture Absorption: Assists in maintaining high temperature performance throughout its service life.
–Anti-corrosion: Provides corrosion protection for metals used in braking systems including cast iron, aluminum, steel, copper and brass
–Elastomer Compatibility: Compatible with rubber seals and hoses
–Fluid Compatibility: Compatible and miscible with other DOT 4 and DOT 3 brake fluids
